PERFORMANCE POLICY Each year a recital starring our dance and Acro students will be presented in June. Gymnastic students will perform in a separate exhibition which will also be held in June. All students performing in the recital or exhibition will receive a participation award. Students must have good attendance throughout the year and purchase a costume/uniform for each subject/event the student plans to participate in.
DANCE/ACRO COSTUMES Costumes for the performances will be selected by our staff in the fall. The entire cost of the costume must be paid in full before the costume will be released. Recital costumes range from $55.00 - $120.00. A deposit of $50.00 for each costume ordered will be due beginning October 13, 2008. Costume deposits made after November 13th will be charged an additional $5.00 handling fee. The balance will be due upon the costume arrival.
GYM UNIFORMS Gym uniforms will be required in order to participate in the gym exhibition and in group pictures for the yearbook. The estimated cost for the uniform is approximately $30.00
PICTURES A professional photographer will come to the studio in the spring to photograph all the students. The photos will be available for purchase. This is a service offered but it is not required for you to purchase any photos. All group photos will appear in our annual yearbook. Students appearing in group photos must be in their costume/uniform. Parents are asked to remain outside the picture room during the photo session, as it is very disruptive to the students being photographed.
SNOW DAYS In case of severe weather conditions; the studio will close for the safety of our students and instructors. Please call before coming to the studio under these circumstances. Make up classes are scheduled on an individual basis.
