For one week, dancers from all over the world join to participate in classes, tours, dinner shows, celebrity meetings, auditioning, and performing at Disneyland. at Disney World as part of her experience in the Teen Miss Dance of America competition.Summer OlympicsAtlanta, Georgia1996Joanne's Dance Extension was honered to be the only dance studio from Michigan appearing at the 1996 Summer Olympics. A combination of 52 dancers and chaperones left the studio on August 2nd, 1996 aboard a bus bound for Atlanta. We spent 4 days enjoying the "Olympic experience" including a day of performance at the Coca Cola Olympic Center. They have also been featured in additional PCBC performances including Dracula, Coppelia, Les Sylphides, Symphonic Colors, and Peter and the Wolf.
